Yay and nay.

First, the nay:
Drinking lots of water makes you need to pee a lot.
There, I said it.
And it's true.  I feel like I'm pregnant again, all those visits to the restroom.  Even with all that I'm still pretty dang sore.  I think I can thank my friend Yoga for that one.  I over-did it, I'll have to be more careful next time.

Yay!
I'm finding lots of snacks/foods that are low in points and filling.  I realy like the eggplant hummus from trader Joe's with some celery.  It's a zero point snack but I enjoy it a lot.  I also make salsa omlets in the AM that are only 1/2 a point.  I'm trying to work in more fruits and veggies and I find when I do that I'm looking for ways to bust up some points.
