Weekly Weigh-In

Somehow dragged myself out of bed this morning and out into the miserable dreary rain to go to my weekly weigh-in. Good thing too since I lost 2.2 lbs. and hit my 5% goal! That's a grand total of 13 lbs. down! :)

Looking forward to an even better week! It's so motivating to see the scale reflect how hard I've been working. It makes me want to eat even better than I already am and workout more frequently. Reaching my goals makes me want to push myself that much more.
