Just a little bit crazy



This is my new goal. Utterly bananas, I know. Will it take me forever? Very possibly. All I know is that my shorter term goals of toning up and losing inches aren't keeping me motivated, and for some reason this is. Every time I'm torturing myself with anterior shoulder raises I think of how my arms and shoulders are getting stronger, and I'm closer to being able to hold my body up over my head. (It's insane, I tell you.)

And someday? I'm going to be able to do this:



Possibly even at the beach. Probably not in a bikini.
Will you make an insane fitness goal? Something huge to work toward? It's fuuuuun!

Good luck! An insane goal is still a goal to work towards!

My mom is a yoga instructor, and I don't know if she can do this yet or not! I'll have to ask her.

Haha, actually while doing the yoga yesterday I realized that I really want to be able to do a shoulder stand.
There is no way I could ever do this though.
You are a better woman then I.
Are you doing the 30 day shred challenge?

Hil, you can totally work up to a shoulder stand. Totally do-able.
I am doing the 30 day shred. It's death. We'll see how it goes. I'll post about it soon.

Lara, if your mom can't do it, I don't want to know. I want even my impossible goals to seem short term. So I'll just stay blissful in my ignorance. :)
