Down half a pound today. Well, Saturday AM, which is good - becuase I let loose this weekend. I ate mainly within my points on Saturday but yesterday was a holiday. Sheesh, it was MY day right? I ate whatever I wanted.
Go me.
I do find that being sore is a real problem for my weightloss. I just don't lose on the weeks that I'm sore. I don't know if it's because I'm not moving as much in general because it hurts or what. Last week I really over-did it on the yoga. So, I wasn't surprised to have only lost a half a pound.
All things in moderation, right?
Except Mothers Day, you can go all out on that day. :)
