Workout Du Jour

This week has been all yoga.  This cold is sticking around and I am SO tired in the afternoons I've given-up the 5:45 workouts in favor of a morning nap yoga routine.  Yesterday I did a whole 50 minutes of it, and I will admit, the time flew by.

I still fall a lot.

It still hurts.

I still feel like a fool.

But I like how I feel afterwards.

This isn't to say I'm going to stay on the yoga plan, but I do think it will be my Tue/Thur add-in.  I hope to do a full Total Body Workout once a week.  I don't know how I can fit it in, but I know if it's important to me I can.

It's all about priorities, right?

And mine is fixing my tailbone.  Guess who's takin' her boppy to work today.  Long class.  Much pain.

I think that enjoying the moment is a lot of what fuels my weight loss. Sometimes I just want to eat a GIANT PLATE of great food, when it turns out just savoring a few bites of it satisfies me just fine. :)
