

This week I have done 2 workouts, along with an amazing 4 mile walk with my good friend Kelly.


I finally brought back Your Shape

. I haven't done it since we changed our TV set-up (we got a new amazing flatscreen) and this time it was actually a lot better, the camera is further away and at a lower level and I actually felt a little motivated by it, for once. Honestly, this game IS a great work out, it changes each time and it's fun to do (to try and get a little better). Also, watching yourself on the monitor can also be encouraging (at least to have better form, or to vomit because you're so fat).
I also did Shed 5 fast. I don't think I'd ever done the 2nd workout before. Wow, it's a doozy. You work hard. I finished it up wtih a little yoga. I'm still hoping for 45 minute workouts 3 times a week, and shed 5 fast is only 30 minutes.
I have a crazy one coming up, I hope it make it through. :)
