I will again say that workout is a killer.
Seriously, if you think the 30 day shred is bad, you need a slap in the face, and this will be it. :)
Of course, the 30 day shred IS bad, but this is just another 40 minutes of being bad. :)
I will say that around 40 minutes it is pure awful. You think you'll die, you'll think she's lost her mind. It does get better from there. The last few sets are a little easier... just don't think it's going to escalate much past 40 minutes, you can do it. :)
I will also say that my maximum heart rate was about 190 this time. I did think it was a little bit easier. I also wanted to die. :)
So, now it is safely bundled on its way back to netflix. Wonder what torture will come next in the mail. :)
