I'm not that upset... but I did consider not going to weight watchers this morning because I just thought that sticker showing I'd gained 1.4 pounds would kill me.
It didn't.
I've been sick this week, nothing major just a cold with a cough. I was actually down to last week's weight on Wednesday (I gain on the weekend and then I slowly lose during the week) but then I started taking cold medicines and the weight loss stopped.
Who knows. Just crossing my fingers and my tracking stuff that I'll lose next week.
That's all I can do.
Our meeting was actually about working out. They're still fairly vague about the whole activity point thing. I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Part of me wants to not use the activity points this week, unless I'm really hungry, and the other part says use 'em. Not sure....
