Monthly Weigh In

EatSmart Precision Premium Digital Bathroom Scale with 3.5" LCD and "Step-On" TechnologyUh, the January weigh-in.  It's not particularly exciting for anyone... is it?  I'm sorry to say that I don't have any fancy graphs to post or get excited about.  I gained 0.75 inches for the month and I gained 3 pounds overall.  I did lose body fat, but I think that's pretty variable, and I only lost 0.3%

But, I'm back on track.

I went to weight watchers on Saturday, and I'm sad to say that I really was spurred on by the meeting, and the whole weigh-in thing.  I think I actually may go to a few more meetings while I still have the month of membership, but I will only be doing it for the month.  I'm going to do a separate write-up for weight watchers.

I will say there is something to a monthly weigh in, or just doing a weigh in.  Drew and I weigh in weekly and we do measurements monthly.

Even if you're up you need to know what you're up against, and if you're down that sure is happy news.  I hated putting in my larger measurements and larger weight, but it's all a part of the process.

So, my question of the week to all of you is how do you use weigh ins to your benefit?  Do you have a group of people you do it with?  I actually weigh in daily, but it's more officialy on Saturdays.  Do you think it's important?  Give me your thoughts. :)

eta:  UH, look at that graph to the right, I gained THREE POUNDS, it freaking well makes it look like I'm back up to my starting weight!  Ok, maybe not... but still {wah}
