I haven't including weight loss in my actual resolutions this year... kind of weird, I know. :)
BUT, I think this is currently a life change. It was obviously a big deal last year but now it's kind of second nature. When I get off track I naturally head back towards the track. At least that's what I'm hoping this week.
- So, my current plan is to go to weight watchers this Saturday. I can't decide if I'm going to do a month of etools with it, or if I just go to the meeting. I must admit it's pretty nice to have the etools when you're figuring out the new system -- have it calculate it all for you, plus I'm pretty sure I can access the site on my phone, so that would surely be handy. Anyone want to go with me? Heavens knows you need a buddy when you're headed to the meeting. I'm going to the early one and I plan to go pretty early.
- I hope to continue with my 1 pound/week of weight loss, that I was hoping for last year.
My current workout plan stays the same. 3 "workouts"/week hopefully one with the wii (we have some good new workouts that I plan to talk about soon), one of my regular DVD ones and one via netflix, and one of those workouts being a yoga one. Gotta keep this ol' body flexible. :)
Anyway, that's the plan for the year. It's more of a plan then resolutions.
So, what are your plans? I was watching on the Today show some of the people from People Magazine's people who'd lost 1/2 their body . They all emphasized how having a support system is so important. I know that's what did it for me. Drew has been great, along with all of you. Now, who wants to contribute and lose some weight. :)

I'll go with you Hilary. And I still need to email you about being a contributor to this blog. I got some fun new wii workout stuff for Christmas so I'm going to try and get into a good workout rhythm. Always channeling my inner Hilary! :)
I'm doing WW online to lose the baby weight. It's AWESOME! I love it. I'm a food-lover so I have to have a plan or else I fail FAIL FAIL! :)
That sounds like a reasonable, doable plan. Good luck!
