Workout Du Jour: Jenny McArthy Almost Killed Me


Your ShapeSo, I try and do 3 longer workouts each week, one wii, one of my own videos and one from either netflix or from online.  Today was the wii workout, and I thought I'd give a nod to Jenny.  I like how each workout is different and you can choose a body part.

Today, I almost died.

I picked 45 minutes, I chose legs, and I chose burn instead of tone. 

That was dumb.

FYI, the workout took 55 minute, it was awful and at one point I thought my ears were going to explode, most likely from all the blood rushing through them.

I've never felt that before.

Needless to say, next time -- if I chose 45 minutes I'd choose tone-up.  I'd also probably not use my step as Jenny has to take a full minute to let you get your step each time she uses it.

Also, she didn't cool down, she just went from crazy eratic lunging to DONE.  I wasn't impressed.  I won't miss her for the 3 weeks til' I see her again.

Not to find entertainment out of your pain, but you made me laugh. I will remember this advice. Do not do Jenny McArthy workouts.

BTW I joined the gym. I went this morning. I did the treadmill for an hour. Go me. Maybe I'll even post soon.
