BUT, without further adieu.
I am now going this solo. I'm not doing weight watchers meetings anymore. Partly because I am amazingly cheap, but also because the meetings don't really spur me on...
I think there is something to weighing in each week though, with a group. One that can really support you. So, I have Drew. Me and my husband weigh in each weekend and we are good to really catch the things the other one is doing wrong or support that maybe it just wasn't our week. I love that.
I also use this blog a lot. It's so nice to get feedback or questions answered. I love it.
So, what's your support system and how does it help you? Inquiring minds....

YOU are my support system Hil! You're a total inspiration to those around you. I really enjoyed going to meetings together and quite honestly, I probably never would have gone to the first one if you hadn't gone too. Taking that first step can be so hard! My husband is also a great support to me. He's even memorized some of the points values so that if I say, "I'm hungry, I want a snack" he'll say "would you like 6 almonds and an apple?"
I'm more competitive by nature. I just want to win at something...so making things a contest (even against myself) helps me more than a meeting would. I like to have contests with my husband, or make a weight goal and if I hit it in time I get some prize.
It's nice to have workout partners, I guess, but I actually prefer being alone when I'm exercising, although doing an more leisurely walk with friends is great, too.
