While I was thinking about writing this blog entry, a lot of things were running through my mind about working out.
I think it's so important to know your body. Know when it needs a rest, and when it needs to be pushed.
AND I am happy to say that I think I may be approaching it.
I think I am finally at the place where I am not lying when I say it's just not the right time/day for a workout. I'm saying that out of a place of care for my body. I also know when my body is ready to work HARD and I push it.
Anyway, know they self is such an important part of weight loss, don't you think?

Yes! I have been injured before and desperately wanted to run, but I knew it was unwise. It's hard sometimes to say, "Not today" or even "not this week" or how it was, "Not this month." It's really really hard!
