Monthly Weigh-In

Drew and I had our monthly weigh-in.  The results were fairly fantastic.  My goal was to hit 164, and my some freak of nature very exciting thing I hit 164.8!  I was SO happy!  I tend to lose really well on Monday and Tuesday and then I seem to do harder workouts on Wednesdays and then I am sore and don't lose til' Saturday.  When, phewsh... that scale left me with a happy thing. :)

I also measure lots of body parts.  I even tabulated how much I had lost in the year since I'd done weight watchers, here's the results:
  • Arms lost 1.75" (my arms have been the same since November... what's up with that?)
  • Hips lost 6.5" (lost .5" last month)
  • Waist lost 6" (lost 1" last month)
  • Thighs lost 5" (lost 0.75" last month)
  • Bust lost 7" (lost 1.5" last month) (!)(!)(!)
  • Calves lost 1.5" (GAINED .5" last month... what's up with that?)
  • Neck lost 1.5" (lost 0.25" last month)
I lost 5 pounds total last month and my body fat went down 0.2
I lost 3.5 inches last month and a total loss since January 2010 of 28.75 inches.  Take THAT.

Also, I went into Talbots on Saturday night and I am a size SMALL in their shirts.  They even look fine on my hips, not like a fat girl fitting into a skinny shirt.

Anyway, there's my exciting monthly news.  My graph to the right now looks a lot better.  I want to be 159 by the beginning of March.  Think I'll make it?
