Here's the long and the short of it. My body is done. It's done with me pressing it to work another shift, or unpack another room, or build another shed. I'm having weird female problems and my tailbone issue has come back with vengeance. My body is done.
So, this week I'm calling it "Be Kind to Hilary" week. I need to just do the things that are good for my body. I will do a simple yoga routine each AM, that is all -- no Jillian, no walking in the crazy heat, nada. I will eat 5 fruits/veggies/day. I can have 1-2 treats/day. One cookie is one treat. If I want two cookies that is 2 treats. That is all.
I probably won't even weigh in, but my body needs a break. It's just tired of me pushing it. I've worked SO hard to get everyone to where/what they need to be at. It's my turn to take a breather.

I'm behind you all the way! I did that last week.... got out and just walked each morning just because it was beautiful and I had the time! No racking up calories, no pushing myself to run if I didn't feel like it...just made myself move and enjoy doing it...it was awesome! This week I felt ready to push again. Enjoy your week!
I'm two weeks behind you. Once school starts I'm giving myself the ok to take care of me.
I love reading your stuff, you are an inspiration. Even if I just live vicariously through you, I feel like I can become a better person.
