Hi, My name is Andrea and I am a Loser. Or...at least I want to be. I decided to buy myself a treadmill for Christmas this year and boy am I glad I did! I actually lost a little weight during the Holiday break! (Granted the 24 hour stomach bug helped but I didn't gain it back when I started eating again!) As of now my goals are small. Do two miles/day whether it be walking or jogging. As my endurance to jogging longer and longer gets better (Asthma) then I will increase my distance. I am proud to say I got my hubby on it last night and he did 3 miles! Yay! Here's to hoping we can be losers together. This newlywed weight is killing me (us)....tight clothes be gone!

I think I would like a treadmill... I think it'd get monotonous though. Heavens knows I like TV though... :)
It is QUITE nice to watch TV and get healthy at the same time. Much more motivating that driving to a gym...or watching skinny people on workout DVD's and trying not to hate yourself while you try to be them...
I don't have a treadmill, but I do have a bike. It's nice to just watch TV while doing it, and once I get in the zone, I don't even notice I'm exercising!
I have a treadmill, but I use the one at the gym...I need motivation to get on it, and I find if I go the gym...I will actually exercise.
