Question Time

I am not going to pretend that I am a weight loss guru.  It's something I struggle A. LOT. with in my life.  I really HATE the way I look.  So I'm coming to you, my humble reader to give me some advice.  Here's this week's question:

Can I work out too much?  I'm only doing DVD's and of course, being a mom, but I feel like on the days I work out I'm not losing weight. 

Is it just because I eat like a pig?  {sigh}  Not losing this week, and it's bugging me.  So -- there's my question.  Go to, answer!

Push through girl! The work outs will pay off. Are you weighing daily? Maybe you should only weigh weekly? I was frustrated to the point of tears last night so I feel your pain. Why does it have to be so hard to be healthy?
