Hate it Friday

Thats right, I HATE THINKING (picture courtesy of National Geographic who has a really cool brain page, who knew?!).  Actually, I work weight watchers to have one meal a week where I don't have to think at all.  I stay pretty well within my point limits all week and on one night I just go crazy, it's usually Saturday and if we have a sitter, just all the better. :)  It's just annoying to have to keep track of everything that passes these cute little lips, oh for the days when I just threw everything in.  I try to also keep track of licks and nibbles, adding a point or two here and there for times when I absentmindedly eat.  So, what do you hate about your personal "health plan" (I hate the word diet, because it's an ugly word AND it's a lifestyle I'm changing).
