The bad part of weight loss this week:
I'm dying to check the scale this week. I told myself I'd only check it weekly but I'm staying firm. I did, however, do wii fit this AM and it was happy news. Still killing me not to know. I'm a creature of habit, what can I say? I've had a cold all week and it's not been hard to not want to eat more... so the dieting thing hasn't been too much of an issue.
The best part of working out this week:
I'm getting more fit. When I started workout and doing harder routines (sorry Denise Austin, you barely give me a couple of points on weight watchers, Lindsay gives me 5 or 6!) I could barely do jumping jacks for 10 seconds. Now I can do the full minute and not want to die after. I'm sure some of that is losing weight but some of it is increased stamina and I LOVE that. I really do. :)
