So Sore

Hi, I'm walking funny.

And it's not the reason you're thinking.

Ok, maybe it is.

I'm just SO sore after all those squats!

I had no idea it'd be this bad.

So, now that we have a few more readers and perhaps some who actually know what they're talking about.

What do you do to prevent soreness, and perhaps move it along a bit? :)
