(I am only one pound less than Joel right now. Never happened before, I'm usually at least ten less. So it is motivating me to keep up with things since he's really doing well on Weight Watchers right now.)
Way to go!! This blog is such a great idea!! I keep a similar (private) blog with some friends and it is SO motivating for us. I've lost 75 pounds total so far. Doesn't it feel great to get healthy?
Hilary is an almost full time stay at home mom, with a very part time job as a nurse. She recently added child #3 to her mix and is trying to sort out her new life. You can read about said new life on Pulling Curls.
Lara is an almost full time stay at home mom, with a very part time job as a vocal teacher. She recently moved across the country with her husband and three daughters. You can read all about her adventures on Overstuffed.
Trisha
Trisha is a college student and a personal trainer just trying to live a healthy, active lifestyle while making it through school. She loves competing in triathlons and road races, but also loves just exercising to exercise and feel good. She's a firm believer that balance and commitment make any goal achievable. You can get more fitness and nutrition tips at her personal training blog at trainingtidbits.blogspot.com
Heidi
Heidi is a stay-at-home mom in SLC, Utah who works very part-time as a judge (of the administrative law variety), and violin teacher (of the "you-better-get-practicing" variety). Her husband talked her into doing CrossFit and they both, surprisingly and for the first time, actually enjoy working out. They have a little girl who delights and entertains them.
Mary
Mary is a stay-at-home mom who also does a few college classes from home during her "free time." She recently moved from Utah to California, her home state, and is enjoying being able to be more active outdoors. She is sick and tired of carrying around this extra baby weight and is ready for a change!
Alcoholics have AA meetings, what do we have every day... DINNER, oh, and breakfast and lunch. It's a crazy world to navigate as you want to lose weight, and support can only help. We're hoping for a little help from the spousal side as well.
