Today was pretty torturous. I'm doing the Shred with 5 pound weights. What do you guys do it with? I still feel like I'm straining and dying with those 5 pound weights. I guess I just need to suck it up. I'm planning on doing the shred for 3 months according to the above plan. I just can't do it every time I work out. I may punch her face in, not realizing that her face is actually my beloved flat screen. Heavens knows Lindsay Brin deserves her own chance to annoy me weekly also. :)
I may be blowin' smoke but having a larger house seems to increase my calorie burn as well. The stairs, just how much you have to move. It makes it different.
I did get to go to the scrub store last week, bought all mediums. Horray. Last time I bought scrubs (which was about 10 years ago) I was XL, and some XXL. No bueno. A nice feeling, and darn it scrubs are cuter and more figure flattering then before.
My new favorite is Bahama Buck's shaved ice, with cream inside. Oh my GOODNESS is it delicious. And in this weather, I seriously need some goodness.
Today we changed 120's with dry head for high 90's with muggy grossness. Not sure which I hate more. I just know that neither one makes you want to scream LET'S WORKOUT!!!! :)

I do 5-lbs right now with 30DS. Can't imagine going up for at least a month or two, because of the high reps. Except for the chest press/fly moves - sometimes if she's not throwing killer lower body in with that then I grab my 8's or 10's for those. Love that you could buy slimmer scrubs - what a reward for all of your hard work!!
