I just tipped down to 159 again this week. This time it was for real, last time there was a small amount of scale banging (inadvertant, it's true) before I weighed in. Anyway, after a week FULL of classes and eating crap just to stay awake I felt alright with not reall losing.
I need to figure out my plan of how I'm going to eat when I work 12 hour shifts. I know I am going to eat one large meal, but I also need to figure out some snacks to take with me to keep me going through the day.
Thoughts on that?
