Working Out When You're Sick

What do you do about worknig out when you're sick?

For me, I guess it's how sick.  I've heard if you have a fever you shouldn't be working out (and I don't count it as a fever unless it's over 100, fyi).

With a cold I try to just do something lighter.  I don't think it's a great idea to REALLY tax your body when it's already playing catch-up.  But, I also think I feel better thoughout the day if I do get a little something in.

Of course, I could also just sleep that extra hour, and let's not pretend that doesn't happen sometimes too. :)

I've heard that if it's sickness above the neck, like a head cold, it's okay to work out still. If it's below the neck like lung congestion or stomach flu you shouldn't work out.
