Can't, break, the forcefield

I remained steady last week.  Totally on the wagon, counted EVERY SINGLE POINT and nada.
There may have been a few contributing factors but I am finding it SO hard to get past 180.
At this point I'm trying NOT to focus on the scale, but instead focus on health and just sticking to the plan for the whole year.  I know the numbers will go down eventually.

Do you have something you do when you get to a plateau?  It's not that I've lost enough weight, it just seems like my body really likes it here.

Dang you body.  Move. :)

Oh I know how you are feeling. I am doing Medifast and it is so stinkin hard!! I have lost over 30 lbs and finally hit 160. Now I just need to lose 20-30 more and I will finally weigh what I should. You go!! Remember that it is worth it.
