
My goal this week is to focus on being more active. I want to workout 1 hour 3 times this week as well as try to be more active in general.
Ways To Accomplish This Goal:
- Train with my amazing trainer one night this week
- Do a yoga video on Netflix, it really is good to do at least once a week
- Walk to the park instead of drive
- Play more Wii games like Just Dance, Wii Active, or Wii Fit as part of my evening activities
- Dust off my 30 Day Shred dvd. We all need a little Jillian in our week. :)
How do you workout and stay active?

Motivation is a hard one to always have... I think taking pictures of your progress is a good thing to do, so you can see the progress you are making. Also just trying to stay moving, by cleaning, going outside with the kids, ect. Try to not get down on yourself if you arent doing so great, just start over the next day! It took a while to put on, so it wont come off overnight ;) Also, dont have junk food at home, if I do, I will always choose it over the healthy stuff. I am still working on my self control, everyday its a challenge.
Just remember, it's about eating right and moving more. Emphasis on the eating right. :)
And trying not to be beaten down by Ms. Brittany Ryan. :)
