Being Kind to Myself

You know what ISN'T being kind to yourself?  Potty Training.

But, yesterday I got up early and did a quick walk/run.  We live pretty near a bike trail so I did that.  I had my calorie trainer and my interval trainer and I just found fit radio (do you guys have a favorite music app to work out to?).

I'm down to 160 as of today.  I had hit 164 recently so I think my plan of eating 5 fruits and veggies every day is working out. 

Let's just say potty training isn't helping my cause.  Doleing out fritos and m&m's all day has a way of ruining any diet plans.  Darn them.

Just keepin' on keepin' on....

ha ha, We did skittles and fritos, and I remember it ruining my diet plans too!
